Lauren R. Adams is a family law attorney based in Memphis, Tennessee. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2023 and graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2020 with a B.A. in Hispanic Studies and Political Science.

During her time in law school, Lauren interned with Latino Memphis in the Derechos Department, where she assisted with visa applications, document translation, and the preparation of asylum briefs. She also held leadership roles in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the American Constitution Society, and served as a student ambassador.

Lauren is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, and is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese and German, enabling her to assist a diverse range of clients. She focuses on providing practical and efficient legal solutions in family law matters.
